Yes it's creepy. You should try to talk to her first and get to know each other before you ask her out based on just her pictures. For one thing, people have a tendency to put forward their best pictures. For another, if you ask her out without talking much to her first, she will know that you are only interested in her based on her looks.

Why not begin by trying to be her friend, get to know her a little bit then ask her out if you still like not only the looks but also the character or whatever else you look for when looking for a girlfriend. All the best
