I disagree previous 'correct' translations.There are a few mistakes and none of them has been made by an Italian native speaker or if they are,like I guess is Daniela,didn't pay too much attention in translating.
Here is a more accurate translation of yr sentence:
La persona che descrivo è Faddah. Faddah è di statura media.
I suoi capelli sono di lunghezza media,neri e ricci ed ha occhi marroni. Gli abiti che porta sono spesso capi firmati.
Just to correct the most serious mistakes of yr translation :
You've posted 'io descriverò' that's future tense and not present indicative as it's ' I describe' (descrivo in Italian).
The designer, mainly when we speak about clothing, is not "il progettista" but it's "lo stilista". However in standard Italian the term 'designer clothing' is not literally translated and then itsn't " abito di stilista" as it should be, but we call his product "capo (or abito) firmato".
