People who follow Wicca are Wiccans. A witch is a female that possesses magic within them and practices it. So not all Wiccans are witches. A wizard is the male equivalent of a witch. In Wicca men may be able to call themselves "witches" but that isn't truly the case in magic as a wizard can be male or female, depending on context, as the wizard is synonymous with the word magician.

ll Woccans are witches but not all witches are Wiccans.
Wicca is just one of many religions that uses magick. The name Wicca was taken from the old english word Wyk which means to bend or shape.
Both men and women can be witches.
That is a pretty lame joke.
