The first time I asked her out she said someone already asked her out. The second time she told me she had dance classes. The third she told me she had a tutor.
I know for a fact she didn't lie because she kept bragging about her dance classes and our class was so hard you needed a tutor. But thats besides the point.
Should I ask her out again or should I just quit and get someone else.

I would hold off, until maybe she makes a point to see you or show that shes interested cause even if shes not lieing and really is busy she could have said something like "no maybe some other time" or "I would really like to hang out". From the sound of it she doesn't really sound like shes all about you or anything give her some time and see if shes comes around at all. Then maybe try again!!!

It sounds like she's not interested. If you want try a fourth time, ask her when a good time would be. If she's still too busy, let it go. Hope that helps.

if she says that she is to busy recently, let it go.

If you ask her again and she tells you she is visiting the Queen then maybe its time to look elsewhere.
