Do you think that is just for a friend or more? And it true..I treaterd him a little bad but he always came back and talked to me.

I dont think he could never be mad at you because anger is a feeling and you cant promise how youre going to feel. It just sounds like a nice thing to say. But work with it he seems like someone you can invest time into a possibly good friend

Either he's a genuine friend (precious as gold) or he loves you a lot he will never give up on you. He's set a standard for you to abide for but is contented nonetheless to settle for the lesser you so long as you are around. You're sooo lucky!

He is either lying or he has never had a meaningful relationship. Sometimes you get angry at people you love. Unless your partner is an inflatable doll.
