1. Pass serious tax breaks to those who buy ethanol fueled vehicles, that would benefit both the buyer and the sellers of vehicles, and ethanol itself.

2. Make recycling a part of everyday trash pickup, and not charge those who want to help, like some municipalities do.

3. Hold the EPA and its state subsidiaries to the work that should be getting done.

4. Pass laws that would put environmental labs on the map, and stop all the cheating that goes on in them.
