The first time I asked her out she said someone already asked her out. The second time she told me she had dance classes. The third she told me she had a tutor.
I know for a fact she didn't lie because she kept bragging about her dance classes and our class was so hard you needed a tutor. But thats besides the point.
Should I ask her out again or should I just quit and get someone else.

Ask to study with her, or ask to come to one of her dance classes.

This is a tough situation that you're in. I would maybe ask her first when she's free, then ask her out that day. If she rejects you then, then I would put her behind you. You need to make sure that she's not just rejecting you b/c she's busy, so when you ask her out again, be positive that she is going to be free that day. Just flat out ask her what days she's free this week or next, then ask her out for one of those days. Good luck hope everything turns out in your favor!

It sounds like a standard blow off to me. As for myself I never ask a woman out more than once. Since the offer is there she now has the opportunity to make a time for you. You have made that offer now it is her turn to make the time for you if she is interested. No need to stroke her ego. I am not saying to blow her off but to let her make a positive move now.
