hey... i want to buy a digital camera but i am not sure which to choose. give me advice which is better.... i haven't learned photography and i won't make professional photos... just for hobby.

Canon A 530 or 540...

This is what to look for:

Batteries AA (they are readily available anywhere)

Lens 3X optical lens

Megapixels 5 or above...

Buy one of these Canon's you'll love it!

I have an Olympus Evolt E-500 digital SLR camera. I absolutely LOVE it! It has multiple features to make sure that any pictures you take come out nicely. There's an option for fireworks, candle light, sports, outside w/ bright lighting, portraits, low/dim light, etc.

It's a damn good camera!

HWen I started off I went with a Nikon they are one of the cheapest on the market but have alot of features and take amazing pictures even if you don't know what your doing they are a great learner camera and you won't spend alot on one.

Okay, how big do you want the pictures, what are you going to shoot? Do you need instant printing? How portable does it need to be, what kind of color saturation do you like? Go to a camera store.
