depends on what sort of music you into,
Foreigners usually like Sezen Aksu, Tarkan, Sertap Erener as Tanju recomended..They are good..
I would recommend you the ones I like; Levent Yuksel, Bulutsuzluk Ozlemi, Zulfu Livaneli, M.O.F, Ezginin Gunlugu, yeni Turku..
There are some other ones like Cem Karaca, Bulent Ortacgil etc..but might be a bit different for you..
Can't think of anyone else at moment..

Answerers' suggestions are really good i suggest them, too but if u wanna listen turkish rock, my suggestion is these rock groups' songs;
- Manga (maybe u know they have a song in Fifa 2006:))
- Mor ve Otesi

I recomended to you Sertab Erener songs. (This is Turkish Pop)
On the other hand, I recommended again Ebru Gundes songs.
