You've got an infection. Go see your gynecologist. She will perform a test to see what infection it is and prescribe a fix. When you make the appointment, be sure to tell the scheduler you've got abnormal discharge and pain. She should fit you in for that instead of making you wait for a regular yearly test. If not, ask to speak to the nurse.
If you've never had a yeast infection, do not assume that is what it is. There are other pelvic infections like vaginal bacteriosis, which requires different medication. The sooner you get diagnosed, the sooner the pain, itching, and burning will stop. They see this every day... many times every day.... nothing to be ashamed of.

Sound like thrush.
Take a trip to the chemist and buy an antifungal cream and tablet such as Fluconazole to soothe and also clear up the infection.
Thrush is caused by an upset of the pH in the vagina. This can be caused by perfumes, soap, tight underwear, tight trousers and tights. Avoid these from now on.

Sounds like a yeast infection. You can buy over the counter stuff like Monistat. If this doesn't help, you should see a doctor and get tested for a possible std if you are sexually active. Try drinking lots of water too.

It's probably thrush (or candida) but equally you may have a bladder infection. Best to see your doc(or practice nurse) to have your urine checked. If candida diflucan as a one off by mouth together with some canesten cream with hydrocortisone for instant relief should sort you out

No one can say what it is without an examination and lab test. If you have had unprotected sex recently it could be an STD. There are also fungal infections. You need to be seen by a health care provider.
