Tell us what your problem is and that will help us cheer you up better.
If it helps you out any, I was feeling pretty bad just a few hours ago, but now I'm better. I think sometimes happiness comes in cycles. You can't feel just wonderful all of the time.
Just focus on what you do have. Focus on the good.
It took me years to realize that one of the secrets to happiness was hard work. Good, honest hard work. Do everything you're supposed to and go the extra mile whether in be at school or at work. Be as responsible as you can be. That way, you will be proud of yourself.
When it came to college, I started off on the wrong foot. I had a 2.72 GPA. I then got my act together and I'm pleased to report that my GPA in the last year and a half has been a 4.0.
If you want to feel better, be a better person. Do things that will make you proud of yourself. Help other people, for example. Do volunteer work. Volunteer work can really help you out, because you get to meet new people, you get to see just how bad some people have it, and at the end of the day you are proud of yourself and that will make you feel good.
Also, be sure to get plenty of sleep at night. Be sure to eat well. A good night's rest and a healthy diet can do wonders for you.
Also, read.
Read something intellectual. Educate yourself about the world. Make yourself feel smart. Have a thirst for knowledge.
Exercise alot. It's hard for the brain to maintan multiple emotions at once. Exercise will provide a distraction that will make you feel better both emotionally and physically.

Surely! Sad sucks. :-)
How about a joke or three to start with?
Q: What do you use the Ethernet for?
A: Do catch the Etherbunny. :-)
Or if you prefer...
Q:Who was the first computer programmer?
A: Eve - She had an Apple in one hand and a Wang in the other...
Or for an inappropriate joke...
When I got back from Michigan last month I had a bunch of Canadian dollars I needed to exchange, so I went to the currency exchange window at the local bank.
Short line…Just one guy in front of me…an Asian guy who was trying to exchange yen for dollars… he was a little irritated!
He asked the teller, “Why it change?? Yestoday, I get two huna dolla for yen. Today I get huna eighty??
Why it change??”
The teller shrugged her shoulders and said, “Fluctuations”.
The Asian guy said, “Fluc you white people, too!”
As to meaningful words? Well, it'll pass - NO matter how horrible, how painful, how awful, it will pass. Things will get better and there is still good and beauty in the world. Take a moment and turn your brain off - Watch the sun move across the sky, feel the breeze on your cheeck and enjoy the smell of the air. Realize that you can get up, feed yourself, go to the bathroom by yourself, and that is good. Then let your worries come on back...There is always something good out there.
Good luck and better days!

From now on take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day. This will make you feel like a million dollars and get rid of your depression. Only you can help yourself. Read a good book or exercise. There are so many things you could do. I like to read proverbs in the bible. Trying to figure out their meanings is fun. And will make you smarter. You could knit a sweater or try to draw. Start writing a book. You have the world at your fingertips: your computer! Feeling sorry for yourself will get you nothing but trouble.

I have to agree with the first guy that answered this, it would be nice if we knew why you were feeling so sad, that would really help us to help you.
