sit ups won't give you a six pack, everybody has a six pack otherwise you would fall backwards when walking. The objective to reveal it is to lower your overall body fat. And no you can't spot reduce fat either.

You can achieve this by doing the following, which in turn will give you your toned physic your after.

1)40-45 mins cardio exercise in the morning before any food, at 65% of your max heart rate

2)Drink lots of water 9-10 glasses a day

3)Limit carbs to when you need them, ie around training (except the morning cardio)

4)Train weights the more muscle you have the more calories you burn

5) Eat regularly every 2-3 hours small meals with Protein and good fats

6)Limit Fruit and lots of veg (Fruit holds fructose which is a sugar)

There are loads more but follow these simple ones and you'll make some good progress in 4-5 months, you didn't get fat quick so you won't get thin quick either

If u strain a muscle and hold for 2 seconds, it starts growing. But one repetition is not enough.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
