I'm afraid that any dealer won't allow you to get the jelly crystal by tonight, but fear not, for Valentines Day is still 2 days away, and if you make a cheesecake too far in advance, it gets stale anyway.

I usually get my crystal jelly from two sources. For my diabetic or weight-conscious friends, I tend to order from:
http://eshop.dietaryfoods.co.uk/acatalog/Sweet_N_Low_Jellies.html

It tastes almost like the real thing, but if your valentine doesn't enjoy the diet version, some good jelly crystal can be ordered at:

Unfortuneatly, these take time to ship, so if you don't have this time, there are great recipes for other cheesecakes. I especially enjoy the white-chocolate raspberry cheesecake recipe you can find at kraftrecipes. Just type in the exact words, and bing! Instant recipe. I hope this helps:]

Why don't you try this shop under the HDB flats just behind the Haig Road Food Market? I am sorry that I cannot remember the name but this shop caters for all baking needs and accessories.

I would suggest that you use the normal agar-agar powder as a substitute cos it will work as well.
