i am 22 years old ,my weight is 64 kilos and height is 5-5,i have so much potential of gaining weight,i loose it i come to 55 kilos then within month i gain it and reach 64kilos,please help me

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

the key is to alter your eating habits and increase your physical activity. Obviously you need to be eating healthy, low fat and low sugar foods anyway, but eating excessive carbs will also make your body store the excess as bodyfat. So, consume your carbs carefully - eat in line with what you're planning to do. If you're going to be sitting around doing nothing, that's not the time for a lot of carbs. But if you're planning on being busy, moving around, doing cardio, playing sports, then go for good, clean carbs that your body can burn efficiently as fuel. Timing what you eat is just as important as what you eat itself. It takes a little adjusting to, but once you settle into the rhythm of regular exercise and well-timed eating, you should be able to maintain a stable, ideal weight.

Search internet for some exercise routines (running, swimming ect)

Quit smoking (if you smoke)

Eat healthy (and never eat much in the evening)
