The "inability" doesn't exist. All of us know instinctively that there IS a higher power, but some are able to enter a dysfunctional state of denial and pretend otherwise.

Perhaps it isn't so black and white. I have reasons for my choice, and I'm sure you do to. I don't know if you have completely embraced a belief, but its difficult to set a choice in stone when humans little to know knowledge of the universe and life in the grand scale of the universe. We are so insignificantly small that it seems almost comical that we think we have everything figured out. So, no believing in a higher power is just curiosity.

Neither, but your apraoch doesnt help the matter, nor does your screen name. Satanis has fallen and has already lost, there is no dominus in that name.

To deny it would seem in ways, but im sure both sides feel that about the other.

Neither. It is being a realist, a skeptic, a free-thinker.

It is easy to go along with the crowd and believe (be brainwashed) what the majority holds true. Stepping back, and looking at religion for what it is, make believe, takes maturity and acceptance of truth.

I think you're mistaking the inability to conceive with a healthy dose of skepticism that blind faith does not allow.

No it actually stems from when Adam and Eve decided to rebel against God and decided that they could do better in ruling themselves and in deciding for themselves what is good and what is bad, and to be independant of God, in so doing they would not be answerable to God, anymore.
