If I were to bring a guy flowers and write him a sweet note would he find it cute or just corny. do guys really even like romance or do they just do cute stuff to be flattering?

This depend on the guy. Most like romance, even though some might not admit it. It is great that you care about your guy to do romantic stuff for him. My advice to you would be to get to know your guy and try little things first to get a feel for what he likes. I would tend to stay away from flowers and stuff, but there are other romantic things you could to for him. I could safely say that most guy love to eat, so surprise him with a treat, or offer a back massage or something of that sort. If you and your guy have good communication, the best thing would just be to talk to him. Let him know that you care about him and want to do something nice for him, then ask what he would like the most. Hope that helps!

I can't speak for any man except myself, but as I see it, a lot of men are tough guys so to speak. Not all, just many. A man would dig you more, I think, if you bought 'em a wrench than a bouquet of flowers. It's cute and a nice gesture, but then he's gotta deal with his friends, if they see that go down. Get em some sport gear or something like that, not flowers. Whatever you think is best, either way, so long as it's from the heart I think you'll be GTG.

He might be flattered if you write a sweet note and bring flowers, just don't do it in front of his friends or in public. Some guys are genuinely romantic, they want to impress you.

I love it when my girl writes me a sweet note and gives me flowers. She is very poetic and even though I am not into poetry, I love reading all the poems she writes.
Romance isn't about the gifts or anything like that... i couldn't care less about the flowers themselves, its that she was thinking about me that matters. Guys like to know that their chicks are thinking about them just as much as girls like to know their guys are thinking about them.

Both...... My husband is one that loves the romace stuff...... I am the one who sends the flowers for nothing special, well, he does sometimes...... and he loves to get nice or sweet gifts just as much as I do..... we often just take each other out shopping, and I pay for eating out at times..... married 30 yrs. and it takes imagination and work to keep it fresh...... start out with something simple to find out what his reaction will be... he may not apreciate getting 3 dozen roses in front of all his male cronies........ ROFL..... maybe just a single rose with a balloon...... and YES most men crave the romance junk, they just will not admit in front of other guys......... God bless
