I need a cute haircut short-med...?

Does anyone have any actors on movies/websites or w/e that has a cute short-med haircut?

I want it short enough so I can run or w/e without any trouble of seeing what's in front of me but medium enough so i can tie it in a pony tail...

Plz help :)
