are u talking about a iso image... if u are download deamon tools and that will allow u to mount that iso image onto a virtual drive!

Start Norton Ghost 2003 from Windows. Read the document How to create an image of a drive and save it on a different local drive from within Windows.
Start and run Ghost from a bootup disk. Use the instructions in the section "Creating an image file." These instructions can be used for Norton Ghost 2000 and later, and Symantec Ghost 6.x and later. Note that this information is also in the Ghost User's Manual in the section "Cloning a disk to an image file" in the chapter "Using Norton Ghost."

Depends on what you want to use it for.

Nero has one built into it's newer versions.

Otherwise you can download Daemon Tools

i use alcohol 120%, but it isn't free, so I'd say best bet for free would be daemon tools, everyone seems to think it works well
