could someone please let me know what I can do with green lemons

Guacamole, marinate fish, salad dressing with olive oil, lemon pie, lemonade, margaritas, so many things... practically everything you do with the regular yellow lemons, the only difference is that green lemons (limes) are sourer and smaller than the yellow ones .
