Urine tests are fairly accurate after 4-6 weeks ie once you have missed the first periods after an intercourse, of course. However, if it is an ectopic then it may be negative and in such cases pain precedes bleeding per vaginum.
You may be having ectopic since you are complaining of stomach pains. You must go at once for a Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to rule out the above-it is an absolute emergency and if proved positive on USG, you will require immediate intervention-GO FAST.

If you have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they are all negative then you are not pregnant. However, you mentioned that you took the tests a long time ago. You may have just missed a period, and then after taking the tests had sex and became pregnant. Just because you miss a period, doesn't mean you can't still get pregnant. I'd take another pregnancy test, if it is still negative, make an appt with your family doctor. There are many reasons to miss periods, the most common being cysts and significant weight loss. If you've had significant weight loss or if you are an avid athlete you could lose your period. Whatever the case, if you take another pregnancy test and it is still negative, you really should see a family doctor to rule out any problems. Best of luck to you.

It's pretty doubtful you're pregnant.
You seem young. Your periods could still be settling into routine. If you are overly worried about being pregnant, go to the doctors and request a blood test.. Home pregnancy tests (even the urine tests at planned parenting) are not 100% accurate. The only things that can 100% confirm or deny pregnancy at this stage are a blood test or ultrasound.

Usually a blood test by around the 10th day after conception would be best to do. Could also be just nerves. Are you going through a new school system or job? Family stress? Go to your ob/gyn if you are still missing your period and you are not pregnant. Could be something as easy as your hormones being off balance. Good luck.

it seems to me that you are obviously concerned about your health. i think that instead of taking the time to read all these responses by non-doctors, you should just go and book yourself an appointment at the doctors.
you should make an immediate appointment.
perhaps next time, you should seek a doctor earlier because at least you will be at peace once you find out if anything is wrong.
i hope everything works out fine for you.
kind regards

Why don't you try Preg Colour Card test. It is available in all the medical shop and accepted by the doctors. If it is negative, then consult your gynaecologist immediately.
