Probably not as the temps in the stack are pretty high and will kill molds. If you are concerned about mold exposure, you need to contact an Industrial Hygenist and get him to conduct air quality sampling.

If you do not want to pay for it, then you can always contact your state Department of Environmental Quality and file a complaint (odor, etc) and rely on them to conduct the monitoring for you. Understand, that they may never conduct verification sampling to test your complaint. What you can find out, though, is what parameters that the plant is allowed to discharge in their stack and water discharges.

IF you are really persistant, you can double check their limits and report the findings to: a local environmentalist reactionary type of attorney (the sierra club, earthfirst, greenpeace), the newpaper, and/or the state department of environmental quality.
