Because when man created God they neglected to take note of certain things. See, when Sodom and Gammorrah were destroyed it was cause they were evil, but when the naked, ten cent bead wearing, sister boofing, inbreeders get taken out, oh then it's a tragedy! wtf?!

Please understand that God being the Creator of the world and there being natural disasters are two different issues altogether. That the universe is created would be a matter of history, God did that just once. Your question assumes that the existence of natural disasters somehow does not fit with the idea of there being a God, and a good God. Yet the existence of both a good God and natural disasters is not a problem when you factor in the Bible's teaching that God's original creation (which He called "very good") was cursed because of sin when Adam rebelled against God in the Garden of Eden. Ever since then the whole creation groans as it awaits the redemption of the children of God (Romans 1). You see, the Bible explains why there are bad things, because we live in a fallen world. It is because of sin that the world is the way it is today. It was not like this prior to that. But that is not all the bad news, the good news is that God promised a new Heavens and a new Earth! Question is, will you be a part of it?

what makes natural disasters part of what the devil does?
If you believe in God and creation then we came around just after everything else, by a day.
'Natural' disasters, part of 'nature'. All natural disasters are scientifically explained as part of nature, not the devil.
By the way, the way to gain knowledge is by sensation, that is how we interact with reality. If feeling is a sensation, and you can feel God, that is better proof of His existence than anything a person can say to you, so why ask for proof? I have felt God's presence, there is no way you can deny that to me, but you still won't believe me...maybe you haven't felt it because you are afriad of what the truth might be, and of what you don't know. Rather than admitting that you don't know, you'd rather say that which you don't know doesn't exist, and instead of you looking like a fool, it's whoever does know that's the fool.

To me these things are natural disasters only if there is no god. When one inserts a creator into the picture then these things would be considered natural evils. Because why would a creator with as much power and love as the believers attribute to their god, create or allow such conditions as these that harm the innocent? Only part of the reason for my disbelief

Omniscient creator = responsible for EVERYTHING that happens. There is no way around that point. Our so called free will, if that s the case at all, is only free from our point of view, not God's. The same with the Devil.

Sometimes God brings natural disasters upon the earth as a form of chastisement. God is not like satan. satan does things to harm us and that is his intent. God does things as acts of love in order to get our attention most times and to try to persuade us and our actions. It does not matter if no one acknowledges God. He is God all by Himself. May God Bless U.

No one thanks natural disasters are caused by the Devil. Then they wouldn't be natural. Natural means they are caused by nature. The Devil makes men do things unnatural.

I don't know what you are talking about. My insurance company says that natural disasters are "acts of God." And we all know that insurance companies don't lie.
