There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water.
Good luck.

weight issues are so easy. Veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean meats ( no red, pork, lamb etc.) only chic, turk, fish. To be honest, you need to eat slow, and STOP eating once you don't have that growling stomach, or hungry feeling anymore. This indicates that you are indeed full......people confuse stuffed to the hilt with full. Now, there really isn't a whole lot of eating right if you don't do some kind of workout. This will accelerate your weight loss tremendously. Trust me!!! And, lastly, do not eat for about 5 hrs. before you go to bed. If you aren't just a little hungry when you go to bed, you aren't on a real diet!

Try a low calorie balanced diet. I am doing slim fast right now, but if you are not into the whole shake for breakfast thing, try fruit or yogurt for breakfast, a salad or turkey sandwich for lunch and a healthy portion of meat and veggies for dinner. Also, make sure to eat small snacks throughout the day so that you don't engorge yourself at one meal. Try to avoid fast food and items with white flour in them, such as bread. Store lots of fruits and vegetables in your kitchen, and walk instead of taking your car or the elevator, etc. Good luck!

It is very simple eat less calories then you burn. It does not really matter what you eat as long as you reduce calories. Though almost all the problems people relate to being overweight are really due to lack of exercise. If you look at overweight people who regularly exercise they have less heath problems the skinny people who never work out.
So get off your bum and go run.
People put way to much weight on diet because it is way easier then accepting that genetics and excessive play big roles. Makes you feel good to say if I just eat this and not this i will be healthy and happy but it does not work that way.

If you really want to lose your weight, then do the following:
in morning first of all drink about 1 liter of fresh water, then do some exercise, take low calorie fibre brown bread with sugar free jam and about 250 ml low fats milk.
in breakfast take fresh juice grapefruit juice about 250 ml. or eat one grape fruit.
in dinner only take a bread with some chicken or fish meat(about 100 grams)
If you do it for a week then you will see the results.
exercise for atleast 1 hour is must.

ooooooooooohhhhhhhh this is too easy. You need to fuel up your metabolism. A lot of citrus fruits and an occasional potato. Dont give me any "I dont eat carbs crap either"!!! That is dangerous to do. Throw out the friggen atkins diet and charge up your metabolism. Plenty of fresh water greens and fuits. Chicken and certain lean cuts of beef for protien. Pineapple is incredible for burning calories and it kills bad bacteria in the mouth and stomach. Bee pollen (if your not allergic to bees) contains 22 essential nutrients humans need to live. Exercize a little and in time you will loose the wait. Loose it slowely not fast.

avoid any meat thats not lean. meaning no sausage, bacon etcetc. turkey is the way to go, Canadian bacon is also good. eat a lot of almonds, walnuts, just anytype of nuts. they are very good for your body. they help you build muscle, contain fat thats actually good for you and they can curve your hunger relatively easily. Avoid any drinks that contain High Fructose Corn Syrup and food with trans fat. that means no coke, sprite, 7up etc that doesnt have the word diet in the front. greens are a no brainer. dairy, low fat milk, cheese(to boost metabolism), unsweetened oat meal for breakfast. If you are serious about losing weight, work out routinely and go grab some whey protein. not only will you lose weight but the whey protein will help you gain muscle. Peanut butter, olive oil etc all good and organic to keep you healthy.
