Go ahead and get the rich ones. Weight or not, it's the thought that will warm her heart. She'll manage her weight if she's concerned about it, not you. Whatever you do, don't get her low sugar or some crap like that. It doesn't taste good and while she may appreciate your being sensitive about her worrying about her weight, she might also get upset that you think she's overweight. I know it gets terribly confusing, but don't overthink to try to be sensitive about her being concerned about her weight in situations like this. No, there's no rules or handbooks on when you should be and when you shouldn't be sensitive about it :)

Yeah those are good. As you probably know already, don't get her anything sugar free or reduced fat as this might give her the idea that you think she needs to lose weight.
I love ghiredelli (probably not spelled right), dove, russell stover and hershey. Oh heck, I like almost any kind of quality chocolate, lol.
