oh, god, no... I'm American, lol.
but I try to be, but then again I've only traveled to English speaking countries in my adult life. I'd like to think I'd learn a little Italian or German before visiting Italy or Austria. (two places I'd like to go)
actually, I'd love to learn Irish and travel to the Gaeltacht.

I can't answer your question because I tour my own country (United States). I won't live long enough to see everything I want to see in my own country.
I have noticed that the tourists from other countries are very rude when they come here though.
I could be specific about three different countries but I don't want to point fingers and be rude.
America depends on the money that out of the country tourists generate, just like all other countries do.
Tourism is very big business all over the world.
There are no best tourists. It's if they come with money in their pockets.
Every country in the world will always have certain people that have no manners when they get away from their secure comfort zone.
Travelers have to be very assertive so they are less vulnerable to being robbed or something much worse.
If you walk around like a victim you will more than likely become one.

No! Americans as a whole are lousy tourist with their elitist attitudes.
All ways thinking they are better than those around them.
Thinking that the local laws do not apply to them.
When traveling I am ashamed to call my self an American.

New Zealanders and Aussies are the worst... It's not in their culture to tip....
The best? The Polish. They are starstruck by the modern marvels of the rest of the world, such as canned goods. Or maybe someone else.
