Find out his phone number and call him at home. Then you don't have to deal with his friends being around.

You aren't shy just young. Please listen to me when i say no guy worth dating will let his friends laugh at you. Call me old fashion but I always liked it when the boy asked the girl. You can tell a lot about a boy by his actions. Him asking you out shows you that he is looking for a relationship, that he is brave even when faced with possible rejections and that he really likes you and wants to be exclusive. Now please keep in mind that girls on average are more mature than boys and the odds of finding a boy that is sweet and will treat you good in highschool or junior high are very slim. So protect your heart and remember that you are your own person.

Allison, learn to love yourself. You are unique, the only one of a kind in the entire universe. You are your own best friend. Honor yourself. Learn to love and accept yourself without judgment. You know how great you are. If others can't see your greatness, that's their loss. If you can truly love yourself, then you will be able to go to him, even in the presence of his friends, and ask him out. Or, if you truly love yourself, you may decide you aren't really interested in him. Either way, his answer becomes less important, and the comments of his friends absolutely unimportant. So look first to yourself, honor and respect yourself. The rest will come naturally.

This is a tough one...two choices either find him when he's alone and go for it or contact him in some other way like email, phone preferably phone though. I think you should ask him out because it's hard to find out if he likes you when he's always around his friends he's less likely to show whether he likes you or not

aw . sounds like u need confidence to talk to this guy. i almost had the sam situation. if one of ur friends r friends with him. i know it sounds cheesey but both of u go over there n talk 2 him to break the ice a little.... then once u start to feel comfortable.. just talk 2 him. believe me. talk 2 him like u would talk 2 a guy cousin or a brother or some guy r close with. hes a human. he makes mistakes and does funny things like people do. get ur confidence going n im sure you guys will hit it off.
good luck

Don't fight your shyness, find ways to deal with it. You can send him a note and express your feelings on it. There's nothing wrong with that. People are cruel sometimes, don't worry much on the laughing part as it wont last forever, good luck.

Try calling him at home . Hopefully his friends aren't there when you do call.
You'll beable to hear it in his voice if he's at all interested in you, before you even ask him out.

There's something fishy about his friends laughing at you though honey! Watch yourself and keep tight reins on your feelings. IF his friends laugh at you for some reason, he may be too.
You don't even want to lower yourself to hurt if he's laughing with them.

Darling, have courage ?
One caution check the boy's behaviour and company ,sometimes this may lead to hooking & blackmailing/making fun later on.

take his phone number and try to call him!
or send him an email , sms, any modern way!
if you couldn't; write him a letter and give it 2 him when he is alone direct or indirect put it as he, and only he could reach it...to avoid the others eye :)

You should take some Xanax. Every school in America has a dealer. Ask yours.
