I will guess you are younger than 18-21? I would say the advice is for people younger than that group, though I find myself in college counseling 30 year olds with the same issue... The only way you are going to find if a girl likes you or not is to talk to her and casually hint to her on the issue. Girls are good at beating around the bush without ever telling you something, I personally like to be blunt. Here's a suggestion, its just an idea, not concrete:

Talk to her about feelings, yours, hers, people in a genereal census.
"I wish people would be open with thier feelings [and stuff] you know what I mean? If you like someone you should tell them right?"

Leave that thought alone and continue your conversation. she will pick up on it and think on it if she likes you. Some-time later in your talk with her, explain:
"Well, now that I think about what I said, I guess it would be hypocritical of my not to just say it."

She will probably peak in interest as to what you have to say.
"I like you" and give them reasons. Compliments are a good thing. Stroke her ego and make her feel good about herself but at the same time, dont use lines that everyone else uses. Be original.
