Is it much better for gaming? Is it better then having Windows XP Home Edition? If you dislike Windows Media Center Edition, please explain why.

I have Media Center Edition. I really like it a lot. It does just about anything I need, including watching movies, etc., although I do not do a real lot of gaming right now. It also uses XP Pro so you have more to go on here. I was looking into upgrading to Vista, but have decided to wait a while. I am quite happy with this OS right now.

If you have a really Big Monitor, with wireless keyboard and Mouse and want to use your PC for Music, video and games. Go ahead with Media Center Edition you wont get anything better.
