the endings for the "pasado imperfecto del modo subjuntivo" would be -a, -as, -a, -amos, -ais, -an

For -ar ending verbs, just add the -a, -as, -a, -amos, -ais, -an to the verb

e.g. amar = to love

(yo) amarA
(tú, vos) amarAS
(él, ella, usted) amarA
(nosotros) amárAMOS
(vosotros) amarAIS
(ellos, ellas, ustedes) amarAN

For -er ending verbs add an "i" before the "er" and add the endings.

e..g.
comer = to eat (this one changes the form from "comer + ending" to "comier + ending")

(yo) comierA
(tú, vos) comierAS
(él, ella, usted) comierA
(nosotros) comiérAMOS
(vosotros) comierAIS
(ellos, ellas, ustedes) comierAN

For -ir ending verbs, add an "e" between "ir"
e.g.
Salir = to go out
(yo) salierA
(tú, vos) salierAS
(él, ella, usted) salierA
(nosotros) saliérAMOS
(vosotros) salierAIS
(ellos, ellas, ustedes) salierAN

The endings for the conditional are -ía, -ías, -ía, -íamos, -íais, -ían
this one is very simple, just take any verb in the infinitive form and add the endings (even the irregular ones! :-)
e.g.
amarÍA, amarÍAS, amarÍA, amarÍAMOS, amarÍAIS, amarÍAN
comerÍA, comerÍAS, comerÍA, comerÍAMOS, comerÍAIS, comerÍAN

For ir
imperfect subjunctive
(yo) fuerA
(tú, vos) fuerAS
(él, ella, usted) fuerA
(nosotros) fuérAMOS
(vosotros) fuerAIS
(ellos, ellas, ustedes) fuerAN

conditional
(yo) iría
(tú, vos) irÍAS
(él, ella, usted) irÍA
(nosotros) irÍAMOS
(vosotros) irÍAIS
(ellos, ellas, ustedes) irÍAN

Hope that helps, if you want to conjugate any verb in all of the spanish times and moods go to www.verbix.com or the www.rae.es
