Just give in brief, your positive qualities and how it can help the company . Also your weeknesses and how you will overcome it.

For eg.
Iam a man or lady with good analytical and computational skills....(go on). But some times Iam too accurate that I may lose myself in the details. I will take care of it by proper time management...(go on)...

Highlight your postive side and be wary on your negatives. Make it sharp and precise ending with why u think u like the company or the benefit the company will get on hiring you.

hmm..... lets see,
alright i'm a 24 year old girl gratutated in ......college, i have keen interest on marketing, buisness ... etc. my hobbies are....., i stay with my parents or friends or hostel..... i aim to pass out mba and aspire a job in stock exchange market or... i believe had put on my perspiration with my hard work through out these years and i expect a positive result. that's all.
