For a family of 7 and adults working until 6:30pm, crock pot recipes are a must. I'm running out of new ideas. Thanks for your help!

You may have already checked but there are some recipies on the Crock Pot website
http://www.crockpot.com/recipes.aspx

Also there are several interetsing looking ones on the Food Network website, just type slow-cooker or Crock Pot in the search field.
www.foodtv.com

I have also seen at the check out stand those lil cookbooks they have with titles like Slow Cooker Favorites, etc etc.

I just did a search of our local library system online catalog and found several listings for both Slow Cooker and Crockery cookbooks so again maybe an option for you to check out in your area.

If you have a specific idea of something you'd like to make in mind, let me know I wil do my best to come up with a recipie for you

I just made the BEST guinness brisket for a huge party.... The beer obviously cooks out but it leaves the meat so juicy and tender... then I piled it on big rolls and served it with tater tots-10 mins to cook and coleslaw it was fab. it is a great alternative to "sloopy joes" then you can turn the leftover brisket into a shepards pie type of dish. yum!

You can do spaghetti and meatballs in the crock pot too-
marie callendars just came out with complete crock pot meals that cook in no time!! Good Luck!

Au Jus Sandwiches

Put one large roast in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add one can of beef broth, one beer (preferably a lager), 2 bayleaves, and a splash of soy sauce.

Let it cook all day on low and serve on french bread or hoagies... use the broth to dip your sandwiches into... very yummy.
