i am a veteran and the va docters that see me keep telling me i should'nt be "in that much pain"so my pain is a daily thing

Ask them to test you for Fibromyalgia. It also can cause severe pain. I had LUPUS for 5 yrs. then was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. EXERCISE helps hard as it is to do it does help. Start slow simple exercise then increase weekly.
