Spybot Search and Destroy, NOT Seek...thats the rogue one.
Adaware
Yahoo antispy toolbar
AVG
SUPERAntispyware (also this has a pro version thats better, 30 day trail)
Those are all the good free ones. But if your having problems or something, Id download other ones that aren't free.
Zone Alarm Security Suite 2006 is a great one. It helped alot with finding spyware and adware that other programs didnt. It also found worms among other things.
Counterspy, I cant remember if this is a pay one or not
Spysweeper is a pay one, but you can get a trail version

I use a combination of 2 Free Spyware and they work fine.
Ad-aware Personal Edition
Spybot Search and Destroy.
Both can be downloaded free from www.download.com.
