He is at a university and we have been together for two years. First he would call me every day, then every other day, now it is just every couple of days, is this normal? I know he is busy with his major but is it normal not to call your g/f every day just to say hello? I t just bothers me. He comes home on most weekends and we get to hang out. This just makes me feel like he doesn't care even though I know he does. Please help.

It is always very intense at first and it does dwindle down to a comfortable pace.

Maybe he is comfortable with knowing you are together with him and he is concentrating on school. Best thing to do is talk to him. Don't criticize him or make him feel bad, just tell him you miss his calls. Hopefully you both can come to an understanding and your relationship will grow stronger.

Behaviors start to change when feelings start to change. Try calling him if he seems busy or if he starts becoming too busy to spend time with you on the weekends then you will know that you guys are growing apart. To add spice in your lives you may try visiting him during the week if possible for a dinner date just because or go take pictures with him at the mall. Something to keep him thinking of you or let him go.

Although this might be uncomfortable for you I think you need to hear it.

Long distance relationships are difficult because there is a lack of face to face communication. With that said, I think it's perfectly normal for him to do this.

I'm sure it bothers you. You should tell him and be honest and open. Keep in mind you are both very young and have a lot of years ahead of you. Keep your options open.

Distance never works!!! Even if it is 50 miles, no! Also he lost his interest in you, let him go and better guy will find you!
