Ive seen people do it before, but I was wondering if there was any good information, (websites, books, etc.) that anybody knows about.
I'm new to this, so is there a Past Lives for Dummies kind of thing?

When it comes to anything concerning the occult, you should read, read, read.
Not read just one book and decide that's the way to do it, read another book, and a few more books. Research is key.
Because, as much as some people like to deny it, you can get hurt with these things. Warnings, things to look out for -- some books have it, some don't.
I haven't done any past life regression, but I've read bits about it. Sorry I can't recommend a book or a website to you -- I've recently started researching it myself.

I no the answer to that one. You play occult games or practices like transcendental meditation and channeling, which enables the evil spirit to come into your soul. Thus trying to influence you to not except the TRUTH which is in Jesus. Also, giving you false delusions of previous life's which it very well may have possessed some one prior to their present victim. If you want more in site feel free to ask.
