Well, you can go to your local baker. Maybe they'll be able to make one for you.

I looked for Homer Simpson cake molds/pans but they only have ones for Bart. They're selling them on eBay:

If you're really good with your hands, you can probably use a 13x9x2 cake pan and cut the shape of Homer's head out, then carefully decorate with yellow, white and black frosting/fondant. Here's a pic to remind you of what he looks like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Homer_Simpson_2006.png

Pretty much the only thing you can do is find a place that does custom cakes, like a genuine wedding cake decorator. They can shape the cake however you ask for it, but it would probably be costly... Pretty much any wedding cake designer/decorator could do this. Just don't try to ask the lady baking cookies at the local Walmart if she can do it. Chances are, no.
