my 4 month old puppy urinates a lot more than she used to.
however, she goes on the peepee pad and she doesnt seem like shes in any pain. (no whinning or whimpering..)
she drinks a good amount of water, eats well..etc.
is it because her body is maturing? are these changes normal?

If you're concerned, you should take her to a vet to rule out a urinary tract infection or kidney infection. Those two illnesses present very little symptoms other than peeing more often than usual.

Otherwise, it's possible that she's just becoming more active and therefore drinking more, which of course causes more pee.

I think everything is ok you will know when something is wronge if shes peeing then she should be ok it she goes over their and acts like shes peeing or just dribbles then you may want to get her checked it doent have to be a kidney problem it could be a slight infection. So just keep a good eye on her she should be fine im thinking good luck and I hope I helped you!

It depends , if the puppy is doing a normal pee or just a little. If it is a normal size puddle, I don't think you have to worry too much. If not then there could be a kidney problem.
