just tell her how you feel and tell her that you made a mistake and that you can't live without her. Hopefully she will understand..make sure you get her flowers and maybe bring out some tears!
Tell her she means the world to you and that you cant see another day without her in your life.

oh I wish you were my ex. my boyfriend/bestfriend and I broke up and now he's with another girl and rubbing it in my face (he stopped speaking to me). I just wish he'd realise that I love him and I didnt mean to break it off with him, I guess another valentines day on my own again.
Show her how you feel, valentines day is soon, dont go over the top- just enough to show how much you love her and I know you can work things out.

write her a letter explaining your feelings for her, and let her know how you feel and that she completes you and is the only one for you.
