Did u check if they are in the recycle bin.

If you dont find them in the recycle bin if you are using windows xp you can try system restore.

try restoring the system one day before the day you have deleted the files.

You can access system restore by going to start > programs > system tools> system restore.

Select Restore to a particular day.

Days which have system restore enabled would be inbold. Select one date before the day you have deleted the files and click restore.

If you dont use xp or system restore is turned off or that didnt help you need to buy data recovery softwares like GET DATA BACK NTFS or similar one which would be 50-100$

These would read the RAW Harddisk and get all the files that are deleted.

Still need help get back to me.

Is it a file or a software? If it a software you can use system restore. If it was a file, may be you need a software to restore it. Im using tuneUp 2007 undelete, n it sometimes successful..Depend on the condition of the deleted file. Its condition would be good if you are didnt do activity such as"move or copy-paste"file since u delete it. So,how important is your file?If it so important, there's so many way to restore your file.Thats above is traditional ways, and its free.If you an expert,it may cost alot of money.. He he.. Its all up to you. Good luck ;)

Double-click on the Recycle Bin to open it and see if the files are there.

If they are, just click them to highlight, then click "restore."

If you do not see them, close the Recycle Bin, then right-click on it to get a menu. You should see the "Unerase Wizard." Click this and follow the prompts.
