Well, if your daughter is used to eating those things, and likes it, there's nothing wrong with that... I'm a nanny, and I usually use a few things to spice up the children's meals...
I like to give them fruit with their meals... So I'll take good quality oranges, section them, and put cinnamon on them. The combination of cinnamon with the natural sweetness of the orange makes them think they're getting a real treat. I do this with alot of their fruit, but oranges were a big hit.
Spaghetti is a fun thing to beef up. Try spaghetti, and instead of using beef, use diced chicken.
I like buying the liquidy canned cheese, and making a broccoli, cheese, and chicken bake.
Also, we have a buttload of applesauce in this house. One day, I might use cinnamon, and another day I might blend up strawberries and mix them in with some splenda or something. Just think about all the options you can use for each meal and just try a different take on the same ingredients. You'll do fine I promise.

I have a 2 year old grandson going thru the same stage. Your daughter sounds as though she's getting a good balance. Have you tried: peanut butter, cauliflower, carrots, oatmeal, beans, green beans, vegetable soup,
One of his favorites is Shepherd's Pie:
Layer cooked ground beef or ground chicken
Layer cooked veggies (carrots, broccoli, etc.)
Make a gravy or use a store-bought gravy and spread over veggie
Layer mashed potatoes with cheese sprinkled on top
Put in 325 oven approx 30 minutes.
Good luck

Potato cakes are one of the things that My friends Grand Children really like to wrap Their face around. You serve them as a side or as a snake with butter or sauce.
Baked Beans. Ever seen a child who did not have fun trying to get them all off the plate?
Hot Dogs. Is there a better way to learn about tomato sauce?
Scrambled Eggs (hold the toast) with dill or parsley.
Fried Rice. With lots of meat and vegetables.
Chinese noodles. You know the cheap ones that come in small packets? Make them up in hot water, or just crush the packet and let Her eat them dry as a snack.

Contrary to popular belief, you can give them spicy food. Not to spicy, they will tell you if its hot. Just give them water. My son does. plus children in asian countries eat VERY hot food. Also try getting something to go at a restaurant. Or get a cook book from a library and have fun.
