Only Malaysian Airlines has non-stop flights from London-Heathrow Airport (LHR) to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). The total scheduled flight time from LHR to KUL is 12 hours and 30 minutes. Malaysian Airlines operates 2 daily flights (MH1 and MH3) and flight MH7 operates only on Saturday and Sunday.

Here is their schedule:

MH3 departs LHR at 10:50 and arrives in KUL at 7:20.
MH1 departs LHR at 22:00 and arrives in KUL at 18:30.
MH7 departs LHR at 18:00 and arrives in KUL at 14:30.

Of course, the actual flight time will depend on the winds, speed of the aircraft and the actual route the aircraft flies. However, with the assistance from the jetstream, the aircraft may arrive earlier than published schedule.
