You could have an intestional virus or food poisoning. Keep drinking to avoid becoming dehydrated. Call your doctor if it persists.

Viruses are a big problem right now and unfortunately the current flu vaccination they have been handing out isn't effective against all the viruses especially the norovirus. If it is a virus it will usually last about 1-3 days. The main thing is keeping up your fluids and taking analgesics such as Tylenol to help treat any fevers or aches and pains. If you start running a fever over a 101 degrees and are unable to keep fluids down then you should seek immediate medical attention. Try to start out on a clear liquid diet and avoid anything red. Gradually increase to full liquids and then a bland soft diet. The yellowish liquid could be bile but if there are signs of any blood such as the obvious bright red or dark brown to black then this is a medical emergency as well. I hope you feel better soon:)

Could be food poisoning or could just be a flu like or intestinal virus... remember to drink plenty of clear liquids, water, ginger ale, cola. Stay away from diary products they will only exacerbate the diarrhea. If you get your appetite back, take it slow, crackers, bananas , toast for the first day. If the problem persists for more than 48 hours , call your doctor.

Possibly food poisoning? Make sure to get plenty of fluids and if vomiting and diarrhea doesn't stop, contact your physician
