In a fast changing world It appears to me that love has lost its true definition. many people define love in different ways according to how they were raised and what was bestowed upon them as children. the love I know is compassionate, thoughtful, considerate, respectful , forgiving, honest,, truthful, devoted and is always willing to compromise and sacrifice things for others . In my opinion a life without true family and friends and the true love I just described is a life not worth living. john lennon had it right,, ALL YA NEED IS LOVE, LOVE,, LOVE IS ALL YA NEED...

That depends on your perspective. If you've never been in love, then you can't possibly know if "love is life". If you've been hurt by love, then no, love is not life. Love might seem like death if you've been hurt before. If you are in love, then yes, love seems to be your life. Love confines you. You aren't as free when you are in love simply because that usually means you are in a relationship. For me, love is love, life is life. If you are a lucky, your life is love.
