Sweety everyone dies. No one knows when their time will come. The statistics say you will live to a very ripe old age.
The trick is to accept death as something that is truly unavoidable. Once you accept this fact, you may try to focus on what things you can do while you are here as a living being on earth.
Try this. Now every time you think of death and dying, make your self laugh. Yes, LAUGH. Out loud (well maybe not too loud, people think there is something wrong with you when you laugh alone). You can change this reaction. You are merely thinking about your impending passing from Earth. Thoughts are under your control. Whether you will die or not is not. Free your mind and you free your self.
Think of death as the last stop on your wonderful life's journey that you have barely begun....I wake every day knowing I could die this day. By accepting this possibility I take Fears' power away.
And listen to Tom above .....
Depression and anxiety can be UN-learned.

When I was your age I experienced the death of my Grandfather and then Death became a reality in my eyes. No one around me had ever died before.
I had acquired this intense anxiety over the thought of dying. I wasn't sure why. I remember though that it subsided after a few months. I'm not sure if someone has died in your family or around you or maybe you saw something on the news, however it is important to remind yourself, your safe, you have your health, you are not doing anything that would put your life in jeopardy and do some journaling about what your experiencing.
I would (If you can) speak with your Parents or a Parent about it or even a school counselor just in case you want to feel more satisfied then anything we can give you on here. Sometimes just letting someone you know and love know about what your going through helps to get through it quicker and easier.

You are becoming older, and you are realizing that someday your physical life will come to an end. I started having this fear at 16, and I still get scared when I think of it, however you are a baby to worry about this, you have along life ahead of you, and I am sure someday u will get wiser and will become less anxious about this issue like me now.
I believe that life continues somewhere else, don't worry. There is a life after life, and death is a big fear to everyone on this earth not only you.

You're not alone. I was somewhat suicidal when i was 10, so i wanted to die. but now that im 19 and happy, im scared of the day and when i think about it, my heart will race really fast. I dont know how to help but try not to think about it. try to live for today and not tomorrow. I know its not as easy as it seems but try. if you know it hurts you, you are just causing stress that may lead to early death. try to live everyday to the fullest. sorry i couldnt be more helpful, im struggling the same and im 5 years older then you. best of luck.

You need to talk to some adult that you trust or your parent or guardian, tell them what you told us and maybe they can get you some help going to a doctor. I have had anxiety attacks for 10 yrs but I take medicine and now I have maybe one a year, mine are when I think something can happen to my children. Ask for help maybe your school counselor can suggest a good doctor.

Try to think about something else. You need to break your pattern.
C.R.A.F.T.
when you catch yourself thinking about the unwanted thought:
1. CANCEL the thought. It might event help to say "cancel !"
2. REPLACE the thought with something else. It might be a good idea to think of this alternative thought ahead of time.
3. AFFIRM the new idea
4. FOCUS on the new idea.
5. TRAIN yourself to think along these new lines.
Or just figure out some other way to break the pattern.

Just as every living thing is born...it also eventually dies. But the important thing is to live your life to the fullest. While you're busy dwelling on death...you're not enjoying the life that is happening now. I will leave you with a favorite quote "Life is NOT measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away"

at that age we all experience anxiety's one way or another..to some degree, and co-incidentally, 'death' is a common denominator ... to overcome anxiety's, 'understanding' is a crucial element in the equation of serenity. If you are serious, invest some research in your own spirituality, your understanding of what it 'is', and what influence it has in 'life', as you know it.

You really need to talk to your parents about getting you some counseling. Are they aware of your anxiety attacks?
Good luck.
