I am just barely normal weight (almost under weight) I'm trying to gain a little bit more weight, but it all goes into my tummy. How can I gain weight and get lost of my fat stomach? Any Ideas or Websites would be great! Thanks for your Help.

you can't spot reduce fat stores. if you want your tummy to go away you need to reduce your current level of body fat until you see the disired results in the mid-section

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Unfortunately you can't control where you gain and lose weight first. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Work out 5 times a week and focus on weight training to gain some muscle which will aid in gaining weight. Still do some cardio just not as intensely. Talk to a trainer and figure out a great ab work out to stregnthen those muscles. When you have lean muscle, and where ever you have it, that area will burn more calories while resting and while being active than areas where you don't have that muscle.

Try doing ab-specific exercises like crunches and the like; there's an excellent exercise routine called 'Eight Minute Abs' that I use and it tones and strengths in glorious ways without necessarily sculpting any other parts of your figure.

there's no way you can burn fat from just your stomach. when you burn fat, you're going to lose it throughout your body. it may be genetic, and something you'll have to deal with.
