I've been battling acne for five years. Its the most depressing thing, i know.

So here it is, it worked with me like magic.

Got to a close pharmacy, buy a 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide.
apply to the face in the morning and evening, and apply some moisturizer after about 10 minutes.

Nothing works better
