I don't know if its the same on Windows 2003, but I am doing this:

Click Styles and formatting,
Click Page Style, Right click "New"
On the Page style, type in the name of the new page "any name will do" then click footer > Off<

On your document, click Insert, then Manual Break,
type: Page Break
Style: The name of your new Page style, then OK.

You can create different kind of page styles, page with header, page with footer, both, etc.

hope it helps

Every page will have to be in its own section.

At the end of each page (except the last), click Insert, Break, New Page.

Go to the top of file with Control + Home.

cl View
cl Header/Footer
You should get the Header/Footer toolbar, and will probably be in the header. Click the "switch between header and footer" button to put the cursor in the footer.
You should see Footer Section 1
- type the footer
cl the "show next" button
You should see Footer Section 2
- type the footer
-cl the "show next" button, repeat for all sections, then click Close.

Usually, this question really means "How can you make each page have a different page number?" If that's what you want, do this: 1. Click the Insert->Page Numbers menu item. 2. Set the Position and Alignment list boxes to put the page number where you want it. 3. Click OK. To add text to the header, double click in the header on the first page and enter the text. Double click outside the header, or close the Header and Footer pop-up menu to get out. Hope that helps.

You can only have a different first page footer or different odd/even footers, select the PAGE SETUP in the header/footer section.

On the top click view and then scroll down and click header and footer. Now you will be able to see the header and footer on each page and write what you want on each page.

Then you do not want to add a footer you just need to extend the bottom margins and justify it accordingly when you get to the bottom of each page.
