They're like pimples, but is there something to put on, cream or something?

Do you have any other symptoms? Fever? Are the bumps getting worse, or staying the same? If you have no other symptoms and it's not getting worse, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's probably just acne or a bug bite. You can use benzoyl peroxide for acne, and hydrocortisone for bug bites. If you have a fever or other symptoms, or they are increasing, then you need to see a physician.

As we get older our bodies and skin changes.
I find to help this condition for me, is to use a back scrubber everytime I have a shower. And then to moisturize my whole body while still wet after the shower.
It helps to exfoliate, and get rid of dead skin here, so that oils don't get built up under the skin, causeing pimples or bumps.

They may be plugged sebaceous glands from dry skin.  Try a skin moisturizer, like Eucerin.

It could be acne. Go to the skin doctor for a proper diangosis.

Good luck!!
