People close their eyes when they're doing something they enjoy, something they want to savor.
Not only that, but it's not nice to stare ^_^

Eyes are the window to the soul.
If eyes were left open during a kiss, it would be too much intimacy for most people to handle.

because the closer you get to someones face the more blurry it gets and you don't want to lose focus when kissing? lol thats my guess? I mean thats why I close my eyes? so I can feel the magic and not thinking omg I'm getting dizzy!

I know when I kiss my fiance, I close my eyes. I am just enjoying that moment and I am really relaxed.

Maybe coz we look funny when we kiss & dnt really wanna watch each other do it... its a bit creepy if you both have ur eyes open.. lol
