i joust got diagnosed with gall bladder problems..anmd i am gunna go see a speacialist for the first tyme on tuesday to see whta i have 2 do!!??

Well Ur really not thinking about still doing those 2 things R you? YES you need to stop about all physical active for a while, till you find out what is going on, or what the problem is. U could turn a small problem in to a monster situation. Well I see it was today U saw the doc. What did he say. Take care of our self, use common sense or contact me if U need advise.
